Our team includes specialists in financial analysis, transaction execution, tax planning, law, accounting, engineering, title, insurance, property tax, and property management — everything needed to smoothly acquire and manage an investment. Our teams manage dozens of real estate purchases, sales, financings, and joint ventures annually.

We have been one of the ten largest acquirers of manufactured housing communities in the last two years, measured by dollars invested. We made those investments with discretionary capital. As we grow, we are preparing to welcome other institutional investors to invest with us.

We have hundreds of millions of dollars of additional discretionary equity to invest. We close “all cash” where there is not a compelling reason to assume existing debt.
