Our teams manage hundreds of real estate purchases, sales, financings and joint ventures annually.

We have been on of the ten largest acquirors of manufactured housing communities in the last two years, measured by dollars invested. We made those investments with  discretionary capital. As we grow, we are preparing to welcome other institutional investors to invest with us.
