We have offices and investments nationwide, combining broad perspective with local market knowledge. With our property management partners, we can efficiently respond to opportunities nationwide and attentively manage communities nationwide.

Our dedicated teams include specialists in financial analysis, transaction execution, tax planning, law, accounting, engineering, title, insurance, property tax, property management – everything needed to smoothly manage an investment. Our teams manage hundreds of real estate purchases, sales, financings and joint ventures annually.

We manage funds with discretionary capital and so need no third-party approvals to make investments. Those funds have more capital than we are likely to ever invest. There is no practical limit to the size of investment we can make, and we are still eager to serve owners of smaller communities as we grow our business.
