Jared is a CFA charter holder who prior to joining Homestead Communities spent five years at Green Street on the strategic research team. While at Green Street he produced cross-sector and macro real estate insights on a wide variety of topics.

David is the former Chief Executive Officer of Inspire Communities, one of the nation’s largest owners and operators of manufactured housing communities. He began his career at Morgan Stanley and Salomon Brothers. He helped grow William E. Simon & Sons Realty from a family office to an institutional investor focused on workforce housing in the United State and Latin America.

Dan is a residential real estate veteran with decades of operational leadership at Archstone-Smith, Vintage Senior Living, Invitation Homes and manufactured housing community owner Investment Property Group.

Throughout her career, Mindy has amassed extensive experience in property, regional, and corporate level positions, excelling in administration, operations, sales, acquisitions, and asset management. This diverse background has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in operating a manufactured home community. Mindy’s expertise and dedication to the industry have made her a respected leader and consultant, known for her strategic insights and operational excellence.

Wallie is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in NY and CA with extensive experience in accounting and auditing. He previously worked as a Senior Audit Manager with BDO USA PC, the 5^th largest accounting firm in the world, where he specialized in the audit of hedge funds (fund of funds, stand-alone funds, master-feeder funds), private equity funds, venture capital funds, a business development company, and other alternative asset management companies.

Hollee Harbison is an experienced regional leader with more than 25 years in manufactured housing, multi-family, and RV park management. She has overseen large multi-state portfolios, led high-performing teams, and driven strong operational and financial results. Hollee excels in acquisitions, new development, budgeting, and building efficient systems that support both residents and staff. Known for her collaborative leadership style, she is committed to elevating communities and delivering consistent value to residents and investors.  Prior to joining Homestead Communities, Hollee worked for Investment Property Group and Three Pillar Communities supporting operations in leadership roles.

Seasoned leader in residential property management with a strong focus on smart operations, financial responsibility, and portfolio growth. Known for driving real results through practical, data-driven decisions, collaborative leadership, and efficient systems. Experienced in maximizing asset value, streamlining day-to-day workflows, and improving the resident experience. Comfortable navigating regulatory requirements, leading multi-site teams, and building trust with owners, partners, and residents—all while keeping performance high, service consistent, and finances on track across diverse housing markets.
