David was the CEO of Inspire Communities, one of the nation’s largest owners and operators of MHCs. He began his career at Morgan Stanley and Salomon Brothers. He helped grow William E. Simon & Sons Realty from a family office to an institutional investor, focused on workforce housing in the United States and Latin America.

Jared is a CFA charter holder who prior to joining Homestead Communities spent five years at Green Street on the strategic research team. While at Green Street he produced cross-sector and macro real estate insights on a wide variety of topics.

Dan is a residential real estate veteran with decades of operational leadership at Archstone-Smith, Vintage Senior Living, Invitation Homes and manufactured housing community owner Investment Property Group.

Mindy is a seasoned manufactured housing operator with deep expertise in community operations, portfolio optimization, and team development. Her career includes progressive leadership roles at Equity Lifestyle Properties, Hometown America, Inspire Communities, and ManageAmerica, where she led operational excellence initiatives, streamlined systems, and supported scalable growth across diverse portfolios.

Wallie is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in accounting and auditing. He previously worked as a Senior Audit Manager with BDO USA PC, the 5^th largest accounting firm in the world, where he specialized in auditing institutional investors.

A marketing veteran, Margaret has more than 25 years of sales leadership in consumer and financial corporations and in the MHC industry at Strive Communities, Stonetown Capital and Compass Communities.  She has led sales and marketing for MHCs of over $2 billion value, in the United States and in Canada.

Hollee Harbison has more than 25 years of leadership in manufactured housing, multi-family, and RV park management. Before joining Homestead Communities, Hollee had operating leadership roles with respected MHC competitors, Investment Property Group and Three Pillar Communities.

Seasoned leader in residential property management with a strong focus on smart operations, financial responsibility, and portfolio growth. Known for driving real results through practical, data-driven decisions, collaborative leadership, and efficient systems. Experienced in maximizing asset value, streamlining day-to-day workflows, and improving the resident experience. Comfortable navigating regulatory requirements, leading multi-site teams, and building trust with owners, partners, and residents—all while keeping performance high, service consistent, and finances on track across diverse housing markets.
